What is wrong with the Indians?

If you haven’t noticed these guys started out one of the top teams in baseball. They haven’t made any significant roster changes or anything, but are now 40-47 (last time i checked) and have really gone on a bad streak… my question is is it a streak? or were these guys just not what they were meant to be. They are young and lacking leadership.. does that really matter in baseball? I know they arent the best.. but what must they do to improve?
