What the hell is wrong with the cleveland indians?

Why cant they beat the easiest team the kansas city royals but they can sweep the tigers and play good against los angeles angels. I know its only one lose but still there offense seems to be getting sluggish again. And rafeal perez is struggling the past few days. What do you think is wrong with the indians
